I was hired to be part of the sales team by Minto in early 2012 by the Project Manager Jessica Robinson. From Floor plans to Pricing we achieved our sales goals and sold out 50 % of our suites in the friend and family and VIP Broker prior to our Grand Opening in the spring.

    Project | 02 FIVE

    2010-2012
Position: Exclusive In House Sales Representative
    Project: FIVE CONDOS AND LOFTS
    Developer: Mod and Graywood
    suites: 500
    Storeys: 50

After 2 years of selling RESALE homes, condos and lofts to clients that I still have to this day I was hired to come back and sell FIVE CONDOS. The project came up just as the Real estate market was recovering from 2008 and we weren’t sure which way the release of the building would sway. To put it mildly it swung UP! We sold all 500 suites ranging mainly from 500-850 square feet within the first month of release to our VIP Broker community. These buyers got the best that can market can give with a mixture of just under the line pricing and gorgeous shallow wide plans with innovative finishes and a multi million dollar sale office. Truly the best of times for all involved.
I had the privilege of selling alongside with the builders Sister Pam Switzer who I am friends with to this day.

    FIVE CONDOS and LOFTS at
    5 St.Joseph Street
The Yonge Street area south of Bloor is undergoing an exciting rejuvenation, and FIVE – Condos at 5 St. Joseph is leading the way with architecture that marries innovation and restoration. Highly successful FIVE is the first condominium by Five St. Joseph Developments Ltd., which was formed by Graywood Developments Ltd. and MOD Developments Inc. They enlisted Hariri Pontarini Architects to create a design for the 48-storey modern tower that will carry residents into the future in style while incorporating components of the existing heritage architecture – all without compromising the old or the new. Construction is slated to begin this coming Spring on FIVE, which will become a landmark in this strategic hub of many of Toronto’s most exciting amenities.

    Project | 03 9T6

    2006-2007
Position: Exclusive In House Sales Representative
    Project: 9T6 Condominiums
    Developers Camrost
    Suites: 182
    Storeys: 9

9T6 Condos and lofts was a truly unique selling experience. It was originally being built as an executive rental building in which the builder decided to go in another direction and sell the building to Camrost 6 months prior to completion. Lucky me I was asked to join the tea along side with Dora Sobrano and Kathy Kalina to sell this incrediably location with the largest obstacle removed from the new sales equation, the waiting time to move in. Instead of a standard 5 year move in the buyers got to pick their own finishes and move in quick.

Needless to say between our pre opening sales and public opening we had the building completely sold out by the time the building closed.

Project | 04 Battery Park, Zip Condos + Lofts and PULSE

    2004-2005
Position Exclusive: In House Sales Representative
Project: Battery Park Condominiums phase 1 of 3
Developer: Monarch homes (now Mattamy homes )
    suites: 283
    Storeys: 23

In 2004 I was hired to sell 3 phases 900 suites in an Urban Redevelopment area named Liberty Village. To see it today you would have no idea what I was dealing with at the time., it was the best of times and the worst of the times. The land we were developing was running between two sets of train tracks, there was a string of old factories all boarded up and condemned, the soil was contaminated and the red brick structures which in my opinion unreplicable however looked like decapitated downs to the suburban parents buying from me for their kids who wwantedto move into the city.

I walked into a 500 sq ft loft bare bones sales office along the train track and pointed to a dirt pile saying “that’s where the building will be”.

5 years later it was one of Toronto’s most flourishing neighbourhoods filled with cafe’s, trendy stores, hipster lifestyle and first time buyers who became very wealthy from the leap of faith we took together.
